Allenberry is please to announce our newest feature, Yoga taught by Christine Lauriello-Bio
A little background on Christine, in her own words.
I am a stay at home mom to Katie and TJ and wife to Rob. I have lived in the Boiling Springs area all of my life. I am a certified Basics TriYoga® teacher. I am currently a Level 1 intern. I have been studying and practicing TriYoga® for about five years. My teacher's name is Theresa Shay and she is certified to teach up to Level 3. In my spare time you will find me out with my family and running/trail running with my dog Abby. I look forward to sharing what I know with you, so that you can achieve a calm, relaxed, and energized body and mind.

TriYoga® TriYoga® is the art and science of Yoga Flow®-the meditative trinity of postures, rhythmic breathing and focus. Experience the benefits of combining simple easy postures, rhythmic breathing and focus. With each class develop natural alignment, strength, flexibility, endurance, and a longer more rhythmic breath. This class is great for beginning students new to yoga who want a gentle stretch.
